Great Hotel in Hot Springs

Liked: The staff was great, the breakfast was awesome, the place was very clean, and the cost was reasonable. All around good experience.
Disliked: The pillows were really flat.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, clean, all amenities included. Breakfast was better than any hotel I have stayed in.
Disliked: Bed was a little noisy

Liked: The layout of the rooms were nice, the bed was made nice and comfy. Good breakfast.
Disliked: There was 2 pubes in the shower on the shower gel bottle, our pull out bed was broken causing us to have to move rooms at 9 at night because it got stuck outwards which could lead to an accident. Huge stain on one of the couch cushions. Shower door wouldn’t shut properly.

Disliked: Pillows are thin and squishy- I left with a sore neckBreakfast was not well organised- no bowls, no glasses for juice, only 1 waffle maker, and had to wait for a while for hot food to be replenished Staff seemed very casual- young lady at front desk was in a hoodie and ripped jeans
