Super comfortable enjoyable great value...

Liked: Everything. Room spacious and very comfortable, with ensuite kitchen facilities, comfortable relaxing area, and sleeping space all well integrated and tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee, great TV. Delightful breakfast area and satisfying continental breakfast. Cannot recommend enough.
Disliked: No issues at all, except perhaps that booking.com list checkout time as 12:00 but hotel insist it is 11:00.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: I felt the breakfast was above par for most included breakfast. I enjoyed the yogurt and my spouse enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches offered.
Disliked: More KING SIZED bed options. Other than that I felt the stay was enjoyable.

Liked: Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and more than willing to assist you.
Disliked: Breakfast could be a bit better. Needing a disabled room that was so far away from the center was hard on me.

Liked: The pool was just right. Breakfasts were great! Nice variety and good quality. Staff was super nice.
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean but disappointing

Liked: Property was clean.
Disliked: Bed was hard as a rock. Pillow was an excuse for a pillow; no loft. The staff was not super helpful; never smiled, couldn’t help with tech at the hotel “business center”, was too busy with their computers or phones to look up to see I needed help. I had to say something first. The breakfast was disappointing; juice/water was out of order. There wasn’t much stocked. Very sad.

Got ringworm from the hotel...

Liked: My kids got ringworm from the hotel room from animals staying in the room prior to us staying there. The room was not very clean either as my toddler found dog food in the corner that had not been swept up and disposed of. If I had known they allowed animals, I would not have booked as my son has bad asthma and my daughter has a g tube that is susceptible to staph infections from dogs and cats. But I wouldn’t have thought we would end up with ringworm from the hotel stay but here we are. I will say the breakfast was nice though and staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was dog food from a prior guest in the corner on the floor in the room that my toddler found upon arrival. And my kids got ringworm from the hotel room from a prior guest having an infected animal on the surfaces in the room.
