Clean, good breakfast BUT LUKEWARM...

Liked: Clean, breakfast was good, bed was fine
Disliked: SHOWER WAS TERRIBLE! Knowing we were driving 8+ hours,all I wanted to do was to take a hot shower, wash my hair and go to bed. The WATER WAS LUKEWARM AT IT’S BEST! WAY TOO COLD FOR ME TO GET MY BODY INTO IT AND SHOWER. What a disappointment.

Disliked: The whole was freezing. The bathroom did not have a fan so it takes longer for steam to evaporate and then to dry your hair. Stop with the bulk bedding I’d rather just use a sheet

Liked: Location, kitchenette, breakfast variety, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Our pillows and blankets for the sofa bed were covered in dog hair, like almost looked brown rather than white. Also, the lobby and pool table area was so crowded and loud. There were probably 40+ people having a party in the lobby the night we stayed. It was not what you would expect at a hotel. It cost a lot to stay there considering it was in Hattiesburg

Disliked: Pets are not designated to specific floors. I was unable to sleep & am intensely allergic to pet dander. Highly disappointed that people who have allergies are not take into consideration. I am a former owner of pets and did not allow them to share my sleeping space because of my allergies. Toilets are too low for older adults who like myself & my husband suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees; it was very painful using the restroom. So glad I didn’t bring our 98 year old aunt to this establishment. Home2Suites will not be considered for our 2025 Family Reunion in Hattiesburg because of this reason. I spent 9 sleepless nights & was miserable! ☹️☹️☹️

Liked: The Breakfast had quite a few choices and was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpfull.
Disliked: my Husband and I stayed for four nights; our room wasn't cleaned once. the coffee pods we used were not replaced once, we had to go get them ant the front desk. the towels were not replaced,
