Liked: Great staff, very accommodating
Disliked: Floors above were very squeaky, obviously not concrete bulit structure.However, if building contractor had used proper materials to secure flooring to floor joists there wouldn't have been a problem

Nice stay!

Liked: The breakfast was lovely. Staff was decent, especially the employee who worked the night we checked in. Rooms were nice for sleeping. Beds were comfortable!
Disliked: When we checked in, the guests downstairs were extremely loud and their kids were running through the halls throughout the night. They were also knocking on doors. They were told there were complaints, but still did not listen. I asked about the grills and the employees did not know much about them. We wanted to use them, but didn’t try since they weren’t sure and I didn’t want to prepare everything in case they didn’t work. No hot tub.

Liked: Property is nice. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Location is very good especially if visiting for something at the convention center.
Disliked: Breakfast at Home2Suites for me is My least favorite part of staying here. Not a lot of options and there seems to never be any fresh fruit.

Disliked: Bathroom sink didn’t drain and the breakfast buffet is not very good for folks who are gluten free and lactose intolerant.
