The room was similar to...

Liked: The price of the hotel was higher than others in the area. They served a full breakfast in the morning which saved us money on dining purchased so the amount balanced out. Staff was always attentive when we walked thru the lobby.
Disliked: Upon arrival to check in, I didn't have my drivers license with me. I wasn't allowed to check in without it and would still be billed for the room even if I didn't stay. I did have other ID's but could not use them. The issue was later resolved.
