Disliked: One of your staff members gave me misleading information about booking, it was corrected by another staff member. The same staff member charged my card for my previous stay, even though my company paid for my stay. He told me to report it as fraud. So that experience ruined my stay

Liked: The typical generic hotel breakfast you'd get anywhere these days. Nothing special.
Disliked: There was dirty bedding in the hallway for nearly 24 hours.

Disliked: Breakfast had been sitting for hours. Crunchy dry English muffins sandwich. Crunchy dry croissant sandwich.

Disliked: After working all day Came back to my room to rest & found that was half cleaned, bed left without sheets, no towels when I came out of the shower. It took over 2 hours to gain access again.
