Incredible Hotel

Liked: This hotel gets a 20 out of 10. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The common spaces are very spacious and perfect for gathering. My family blocked several rooms, and we had our meet and greet in the large entrance. It was perfect! The rooms are spacious and clean. The fridge, microwave, dishes, sink, and dishwasher helped make our five night stay so comfortable. This place is amazing! They have two grills on an outdoor patio. There's an indoor pool. And there are two large gathering areas outside the hotel. Erika and Lori were amazing. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. My family was very impressed with this hotel.The location is in a very quiet area and is convenient to so many places. This was our first Home2Suites experience but it won't be our last.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Nice hotel, but poor maintenance.

Liked: Sustainability, crockery & cutlery, table and desk in room, bright and cheery.
Disliked: Hotel is only 2 years old, but maintenance was disappointing: sink blocked in kitchen, light bulb blown in lamp, no hair conditioner in shower dispenser. On leaving we told the lady at the front desk and she didn’t even apologise.

Liked: We had an amazing stay at HomeSuites. Well-maintained and friendly staff. Loved that they have EV chargers for EVs.
Disliked: Extended breakfast time would have been nice.

Customer service is great.

Disliked: The lack of maid service. We stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. Our trash was filling up and the dirty towels were piling up. We had to ask for extra towels.
