Liked: The cleanliness, and efficiency kitchen were nice. Easy access to shopping, the hospital, and restaurants.
Disliked: I booked a King room, along with what was listed as a full kitchen by booking.com. We live a paleo/organic/low sodium lifestyle for health reasons. It was important to have a full kitchen during our stay. We checked into the hotel and got into our room to find that we were placed in a Queen room, and there was no stove. They were able to switch us to a King room, and gave us a counter top burner. So in regards to the room, they made it right. They said booking.com had the full kitchen listing incorrect, and they were notifying them about changing it. For the next year we will be traveling 2.5 hours from home to Byron Center for medical appointments for my husband, every three months. We would stay at Home2Suites in Byron Center again if a hotel with a full kitchen was not available in the area.

Liked: Location was great and close to family. Size of the room : loved having 2 queens and a pullout couch for my kids. Shower was clean and felt great
Disliked: The breakfast was just ok. My kids were hoping for a little more variety. I was hoping for some grab and go items as we had to leave fairly quickly in the morningThe light switch in our bathroom hadn’t been wiped down and was visibly dirty
