Liked: I love the easy check in and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. I don’t travel much but I always recommend this chain specifically home2suites to everybody I know. The price is worth the value
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect

Liked: As previously marked, the cleanliness, access to 'suite-type' amenities in our king-sized bedroom was convenient and used by us. My wife was sick and it allowed us to get some stuff at the local Target (~1mi away), and use the can opener to open the soup can, heat it in the microwave in a mug she could sip on, and make some toasted english muffins to help. It was great to have all those amenities in one simple spot.
Disliked: The front-desk lady was professional but in some ways not. 1) She told us that we could've saved $20 per night by calling her directly and not using the booking.com (online) service to get the room and she wasn't able to adjust the rate :/. not really something you want to tell your guests. 2) she was CONSTANTLY smoking outside the entrance. Yes she came in when we arrived 3x that day a) 1x to park the car initially when i dropped my wife off to checkin, b) when i had to leave ~20 min.later and return w/ target odds n ends for my wife cuz she was sick and seemingly any chance she had she'd be out vaping/smoking, etc whatever... at the front entrance. Not cool in my opinion. WIFI is free but required full registration - eg. full name, personal address, email (for verification), phone number, etc... all just to get WiFi; the site was different than theirs so i'm assuming i'll get some spam as a result of it but not sure. :/
