Great except night desk gentleman

Liked: Everything was great except for the very rude front desk clerk on Thursday night. We asked for fresh towels for the morning and were rudely told you only do that every other day. That was our third day... He did get us towels but sort of threw them at us and said here take these. Again, very rude!! Everything and everyone else was great.

Liked: The rooms were spatious and clean. The rooms had a couch and a desk separated from the beds by a curtain, and beds were spaced apart well. Furnature was comfortable. Rooms had a mini kitchenette, including dishes, a fridge, and a microwave in the room. There also was ample plugs and charging ports for electronics. They also had a continential breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Also, the overall decor of the hotel and building was sleek and modern and seemed to be well maintained. The hotel also has a fitness center and indoor pool available to guests.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre at best. While some of the items were ok and there were hot items, the eggs and sausage was basically microwaved frozen jimmy deans food. Traditional breakfast items would be a major improvement. Also, in the room, the toilet seat was broken. Also, the staff don't do daily housekeeping. When I asked if they could clean my room, the front desk said she would have my room cleaned. However, when I returned, the room wasn't clean, and the attendant said they don't do daily housekeeping due to staffing issues.
