Good value but noisy

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good. About what I expected. Hotel was clean & check in was efficient.
Disliked: Hallways very noisy & walls seem a little thin. We stayed in New years eve which caused more noise, but there was no attempt by hotel staff to quieten things even after 2 am
