Room and location was great....

Liked: Our room was comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Front desk ladies were arguing in front of us multiple times. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Waffle machine didn’t work. Everyone had to pick their pieces of waffle out of the machine. Very dirty area. The ladies were too busy arguing and being on their phones. Coffee was constantly empty, syrup all over the place. This is the first home 2 suites that didn’t have a breakfast attendant to stay out and make sure breakfast area was clean and that guests had what they needed. Could use a lot of improvement.

Liked: Location was good for visiting UF.
Disliked: I showed up early so I asked if I could check in and leave my things before heading to campus. I did NOT like the answer. The answer was "we do have the room available but you would have to pay $50 for early admission. Never expected that.I only know of late departure fees, never had heard this before. I took my things and came back later. :(The beds were not comfortable. Only 1 coffee pod for a room for 2 people.

Liked: Excellent location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Usually the Home2 Suites by Hilton hotels are excellent, but this time I gave only 'good' in few categories. The reasons are: the cooking burners didn't work in the kitchen and after I told the front desk about it, it wasn't fixed. Also when the room was cleaned, they forgot to give me towels, toilet paper, and didn't fill up the shower gel bottles. In spite of this all, I will stay here next time, too and hope that these issues won't come up again.
