Superb

Liked: It was a lovely stay. The room was great! Special shout out to Alton for the great customer service!
Disliked: Breakfast area was crowded (in terms of the number of people there), but that was a minor issue.

Great vacation spot

Liked: We loved the customer service from the girl we had at check in. I think her name might have been Shantel I can’t remember but the first 2 days she was there in the morning and then the third day in the evening. She was so bubbly and personal and gave us some great things to do.
Disliked: The bar was closed on our second day

Superb

Liked: The location was good and made it accessible to restaurants and shops. The guest attendant, Alton, was exceptional and helped us with professionalism and quality care.
Disliked: My only issue was after checkout. The elevator is card key activated, which means that you can only access the floors by swiping with it. When we had to leave to get to the parking level, we had to wait for someone with a card key to activate the parking level floor for us because we had surrendered ours. Hopefully, there will be a solution to that in the future.

Good

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good response to requests for additional towels, pillows, etc.
Disliked: I was disappointed to find out that we had to pay $35 per night to park at the hotel. There were no free parking options. It added a lot to our 4-night stay.

Liked: Loved the location and the staff, especially the tall, clean cut gentleman. He was accommodating and personable. Hotel was clean, breakfast was fresh and the room was comfortable. Smelled great in every area of the hotel! Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Parking tag was inconsistent when allowing into the gate. Had to buzz the lobby to be let in the majority of the time. Pool area inaccessible after a certain time. Tried to play a round of connect 4 around 9pm and doors would not open.

Liked: The experience is just what we were looking for, quiet and cozy.

All good, no complain. Staffs...

Liked: The staffs are very friendly from check-in, breakfast and checkout process. I need some space out from my work place for a good nigjt sleep. It was the best dicision ever.

Bull$h!t

Liked: When I booked online, I was told one price when I get there they asked for almost an additional hundred dollars. The staff were rude. Did not want to attempt to satisfy me the customer the doors are locked and you have to sit there and wait for them to open them so you can enter in if you don’t have a key which I was waiting or trying to go in to check inI got to the point where I was so frustrated. I ended up leaving. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.
