All in all, a good...

Liked: The location was great and the fact that we could leave our car there for three weeks is the main reason we chose the facility. The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Liked: The overall stay was great; the staff, the room, the amenities
Disliked: I am VERY angry that we come to this hotel as MANY other families had also and we see with our own eyes a working prostitute/hooker at 8pm dressed fully scantilly clad with everything hanging out leaving the hotel and then come back and even has a member parking space! IF you allow these types of people to stay here and perform their work here, i will NEVER EVER come back and I will make sure to let others know what is happening at this property so they can avoid it with their families. It was a disgrace! My family was appauled! And so were several others that witnessed this!

Liked: Loved the property, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Food was great, too.
Disliked: One elevator out of order, made for long wait at the working elevator. Understandable, but a little inconvenient. I would still stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was ok and the location was good. We liked that there was a shuttle to the cruise port.

Would probably stay next time...

Liked: breakfast great, room also. Gave transportation to Cruise ship for free, also transportation to airport for free.
Disliked: restaurant and stores not located close. Traffic horrible. Did walking most of the time so took longer.

Liked: Very poor customer service in the area of transportation. I arrived at the airport and called the number provided in the email that stated "...954-998-0200 and we will send the 3rd party shuttle." SEVERAL times with no response. How 'bout I get this response after sending a message about this non-working number: Hope you managed to get through to the hotel Erica! Unfortunately, these 3rd party website communication channels are not monitored at any hotel 24 hours a day so just seeing your message through Booking.com now as we do our daily check. Safe travels today and wishing you all the best in 2025.Ridiculous. Upon arriving at the hotel, the clerk obviously thought I was not being truthful. I dialed the number again in front of her and all she could do was hunch her shoulders. No talk of compensating me for the cost of the Uber or complimentary shuttle to the cruise port the next day. This is definitley my last Hilton stay. If you don't respect me and my time, nor honor your word, you may not have my business.I'd give the room 4 of 5 stars. The breakfast 2 of 5 stars.
