Liked: The place was clean, staff were efficient.
Disliked: There were families where the children were literally climbing on top of tables and back of seats. I know this is a tough position for the staff but it was nerve wracking because I kept thinking the kids were going to fall- of course the parents were oblivious. I especially did not like that there was no restaurant/bar and there was only one elevator. Trying to get out with our luggage took forever.

All in all, a good...

Liked: The location was great and the fact that we could leave our car there for three weeks is the main reason we chose the facility. The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Disliked: I am VERY angry that we come to this hotel as MANY other families had also and we see with our own eyes a working prostitute/hooker at 8pm dressed fully scantilly clad with everything hanging out leaving the hotel and then come back and even has a member parking space! IF you allow these types of people to stay here and perform their work here, i will NEVER EVER come back and I will make sure to let others know what is happening at this property so they can avoid it with their families. It was a disgrace! My family was appauled! And so were several others that witnessed this!

Liked: Loved the property, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Food was great, too.
Disliked: One elevator out of order, made for long wait at the working elevator. Understandable, but a little inconvenient. I would still stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was ok and the location was good. We liked that there was a shuttle to the cruise port.
