My last Hilton stay

Liked: Very poor customer service in the area of transportation. I arrived at the airport and called the number provided in the email that stated "...954-998-0200 and we will send the 3rd party shuttle." SEVERAL times with no response. How 'bout I get this response after sending a message about this non-working number: Hope you managed to get through to the hotel Erica! Unfortunately, these 3rd party website communication channels are not monitored at any hotel 24 hours a day so just seeing your message through Booking.com now as we do our daily check. Safe travels today and wishing you all the best in 2025.Ridiculous. Upon arriving at the hotel, the clerk obviously thought I was not being truthful. I dialed the number again in front of her and all she could do was hunch her shoulders. No talk of compensating me for the cost of the Uber or complimentary shuttle to the cruise port the next day. This is definitley my last Hilton stay. If you don't respect me and my time, nor honor your word, you may not have my business.I'd give the room 4 of 5 stars. The breakfast 2 of 5 stars.

Liked: The room had a lot of space for several suitcases, and a huge bedroom.

A gem of a find

Liked: The room was far bigger than I had thought it would be with ever convenience. The front desk staff are the best I have met in a long time. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was really quite good. We even booked a free ride back to the airport after checking out. I will definitely stay there again.

I would stay there again....

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we got rooms near family members. (Thank you Valerie) The rooms far exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was much better than we expected. It is a hidden gem of a place with truly exceptional staff and clean and spacious rooms.
