Don’t plan on breakfast when...

Liked: Location was great! Will try hotel next door next time.
Disliked: There was literally NOTHING for breakfast on Saturday morning. No eggs, oatmeal that was sitting in hot water, no milk at all, no hot breakfast items out, the juice tasted like water and so we had to go out for breakfast unless we wanted the last bagel out. No milk for cereal…etc. No towels or room refreshed the entire weekend.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the trail walk around the property was great and the stores and restaurants were great

Liked: The area was nice and the hotel room was nice.
Disliked: I was charged for a smoking fee and didn't even smoke in the room. When I spoke to the front desk, the lady kept over talking me, and then hung up the phone. Very rude and not trying to resolve the matter nor the manager. I have stayed at numerous and better 4 star hotels and I have never been charged for smoking in a room because I don't smoke in hotels.
