Not staying here again. Bad...

Liked: The location was ok. Not too far from the fort worth convention center. Front desk was nice.
Disliked: When I arrived at my room, it was unprepared and messy. Thankfully, I was able to request another room, which was clean and ready. However, things quickly went downhill. I was placed on the first floor near the front desk, where loud music from the lobby made it incredibly difficult to sleep. I woke up every day feeling groggy and unprepared.The first night was especially unsettling. The music in the lobby began repeating the same lyrics every few seconds, like a broken record. Then, I started hearing strange, unnatural sounds of movement shifting back and forth right outside my room. It was so unnerving that I called 911 because I felt unsafe and didn’t want to risk checking it out myself. Eventually, the music returned to normal, but the entire experience left me completely shaken.I will not be staying here again. I’d rather spend more money elsewhere to feel safe and comfortable.

Liked: Property and proximity was excellent my issue was even though I gad conformation number when i arrived they had NO reservation for me the had to create one for me.

Disappointing experience

Liked: Lots of parking available.Stores/Restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The Breakfast was very limited in selection and quality of items provided. I went to breakfast the first day but decided to go somewhere else after that. They made me contact an outside source to get an internet connection. Had to call some IT company and provide them with my IP address for both my phone and iPad, crazy. The guy at check-in stated that they don't deal with internet issues and that everything has now been outsourced, he then provided me with a number to call..
