Liked: Not one thing! The worst stay we ever had! Very disappointing.
Disliked: Our reservation was for four nights. The first night we checked in the toilet was broken, we packed back up and moved to another room. The next morning the boiler broke so no hot water. After talking with the front desk we were assured it would be fixed. We inquired multiple times about the status of the hot water and the front desk seemed frustrated each time we asked. After two nights with no hot water and no status on the problem being fixed, we asked if we could check out and get a refund on the remaining two nights of our stay. We were told of course due to the boiler being broken we would not be charged the remaining two nights of our four night stay. So we packed up and found another hotel. Two days later we got a bill for all four nights. I have called the the hotel four times now and am told we will get a refund for our inconvenience and someone would contact me. No one has called nor have I received a refund.

Disliked: The rooms had a stale order…. Compared to the other home 2 suites properties we have stayed at, this was one of the worst ones!! They didn’t not have the 2 queens size bed to academically my family size & NO heated pool like the previous homes 2 suite we have stayed at!!! It was very mediocre!

Disliked: We always stay at Home2 Suites, and this has been the worst property we have stayed at. Facilities were not very clean, elevators were dirty, rooms were not stocked with basic essentials and telephone in room did not work.
