Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast items tasted stale.The front desk staff was not professional. Witness one worked smoking weed on the property while on his shift. Everyone was dressed "casually" and seemed more like they were hanging out in the back office, rather than working the guest services desk. Seemed inexperienced in dealing with hotel procedures and guests service needs. The overall impression was that the hotel staff was in training and unsure of how to handle simple procedures at the front desk and with housekeeping services. The hotel is located in the middle of a vacant lot, surrounded by unkept grounds and positioned remotely just off the highway. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a Hilton Honors Member level experience.

Liked: Clean quiet and comfortable. Off on it’s own so no loitering by people outside. Clean and great shower.
Disliked: The couch was a little uncomfortable.

Disliked: Room was did not appear to be clean. Bed smelled musty. Bathroom not cleaned - sink and shower stall did not appear to be recently cleaned. Towels & toiletries were not stocked-in particular only half a roll of toilet paper was left from the previous guests. Counters in room were dirty with food stains from previous guests. Dishes were not clean but were on shelves as if they were clean. Staff were not friendly; except for the elderly gentleman who was very helpful and attentive to guests. Kinda disappointed with this property, especially since it was a new property. Location was ideal because of proximity to highway but there is a homeless campsite within the trees that is right next door to the property.
