Worst hotel experience- bad service,...

Liked: breakfast was awful, no choices at not even 9am, an hour before in ended. apple juice was half waterthis was sad. we live for a good breakfast :(
Disliked: The adjoining rooms with adults kids and babies SCREAMING ALL NIGHT AND ALL MORNING waking me up at 6am after going to bed at 3am. My husband poke to the staff several times about the room next door being insanely loud. we could hear every word they said, staff did nothing & they were still doing it when we left!!! Not to mention the bathroom smells AWFUL!!!!!! Rotten egg sewage aful. The beds were comfy... IF ONLY we could have slept

Disliked: The breakfast was not what I expected no Cooked food but there was a restaurant that offered a breakfast buffet onsite

Pool down as usual

Liked: Amazing staff. Very clean.
Disliked: Description lists that the facilities include a pool. I don't understand how we pay for such a nice place, and most of our reason for choosing was to have a pool for our kids, yet the pool is down. Guests should be offered a discount or a coupon for future use for this reason. This was a staycation that we only chose to do so that our kids could play in the pool during the winter time. It was a major inconvenience and disappointment.

The hotel was clean, easily...

Liked: The room and hotel were very clean. I liked the outdoor sitting areas a great deal.
Disliked: The bed was overly hard and too firm.
