The hotel was clean, easily...

Liked: The room and hotel were very clean. I liked the outdoor sitting areas a great deal.
Disliked: The bed was overly hard and too firm.

Liked: The hotel is very clean for the most part we did use the pull-out couch bed and the topper was dirty. Other than that everything was very clean.
Disliked: Really our only pick complaint was the beds and pillows were super uncomfortable and the food from the grill was very subpar.

Very comfortable.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: We were not made aware that there would be a $50.00 charge for having a pet. We had stayed at other Home 2 Suites and there were no additional charges for having a small pet.

Pillows very uncomfortable and too...

Disliked: No sheets for pull out bed had to go to desk and still way to big

Very poor

Disliked: 1st room still had food in the fridge.Was the room not cleaned or was it still occupied? 2nd room a/c unit fan made clicking noise and when compressor turned on it sounded like a big truck. The shower was so slick I almost fell several times. Towels were dirty. Cleaning up some water in the hall revealed a filthy floor. Food was horrible at the buffet. Glad we only stayed one night.
