Liked: Excellent location! Staff was very friendly, pleasant, and prompt to respond to needs. Coffee was hot and fresh.
Disliked: Beds had hair on them. The sheets were obviously cleaned, but still had lots of hair all over them. Shower didn't appear clean, and water backed up into shower when using it. There were no pillowcases in the linens for the pullout couch. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with minimal options available.

Beds were very comfortable property...

Disliked: Hot water was luke warm at best - tub is so slick/slippery hard to move and not think about falling - dishwasher did not work and was plugged in filthy inside with old detergent and rust dirty dishes inside - USB port broken - Stains all over carpet - mold and construction debris on ceiling in bathroom - ceramic floor creaking because grout is missing in-between tile and allowing moisture to reach subfloor - roller shades were very damaged and hard to operate - outside door of dishwasher looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks - inside of microwave still had bits of food from previous guest - plastic paper pieces on carpet alongside bed, this means likely was not vacuumed - there was 1 fork and one butter knife in drawer - cover bracket to hold on paper towel dispenser was off, dust was evident, but really thick around the entrance door, there were ring marks from drinks sitting on the night stand, the sheer in the window had something sprayed on it, the top of the toilet seat lid was very rough and damaged this occurred during construction.......There were plenty of other "cosmetic" items - like the bathroom countertop being completely cracked in half and glued back together, which is fine (this is cosmetic) - but the crack is holding dirt but you get the picture........And yes I will be attaching pictures. Will continue to stay at the Marriott OWA for all future Foley Family visits. There are two things going on that should have been addressed....(1) multiple construction deficiencies and/or poor corrective measures (just look at the infill of wood at the top of the vanity to raise up the countertop which will be rotten in 5 years from water damage) and the ongoing upkeep maintenance of the building. It's such a nice facility, shame they did not hold the construction team to a higher standard of workmanship and follow through on their end with routine care. Also, this app would not let me download all of my pictures......
