Liked: The hotel was very clean, comfortable , welcoming, restful and in a good location
Disliked: The front desk people a d Booking.com could not communicate well. 6 weeks before our stay I changed the date from 4 days to 2 days. According to the front desk, Booking.com never told them. I showed up to check in and they said I was already check in. Someone went up to the room to check. I was right. I finally convinced a supervisor that my date had changed. She agreed and said I would not be charged for the extra 2 nights. On checking out I found I was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. I had an early departure so could not deal with it. I guess Home 2 Suites and Booking.com win.

Liked: Breakfast location was easy and convenient. If you just need something quick before getting on the road and don't mind pre-packaged type food, this will work for you.
Disliked: The breakfast is predominantly packaged food. I try to avoid preservatives, and this is just not easy in this scenario.

I would recommend this hotel....

Liked: I have nothing but positive thoughts about this hotel experience. The most exceptional aspect was the staff. I was especially impressed by the people who arranged breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The room and facilities were clean. At times the cleaning products used were a bit too strong.
