Liked: Great space. Loved the rooms. Staff were decent
Disliked: They claim to have laundry but it is never working and though they post a desire to help they did not. There is no current date when their laundry will be up and running again

Overall great experience

Liked: The location was perfect for us. Right next to the Everglades, the Keys, Biscayne NP and close to Miami. The staff was friendly, the hotel quiet. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: A few things which were not so nice of course as well. No fresh towels in the evening in the gym, half of the lamps in our room had no bulbs in it, and a couple of sockets didn't work.
