Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: We got locked out of our room and were not able to stay in our assigned room because no one was there that could open it for us. We were given another room for the night but we had all of our things in the assigned room. The room was opened for us the next morning. Then we went down for breakfast and the same thing happened to us.

Not what I expected from...
Liked: The location was great for access to Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park. The kitchenette was great for preparing and keeping your own meals.
Disliked: It smelled bad. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The ceiling in the shower was flaking and peeling and it had mold. The interior hallways are not air conditioned so the hallways are hot and the rooms are cool, causing a lot of condensation. Breakfast was prepackaged and everything had the fake American cheese on it. The waffles and oatmeal were pretty good.

Will not stay at another...
Liked: Clean room. Great sheets.
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom. Dirty grout in the tile work. Holes in the tile and wall paper that had patching putty in them. Hallways and elevator were not air conditioned. Check in staff did not speak English enough to understand me asking what the wifi password was.
