Overall great experience

Liked: The location was perfect for us. Right next to the Everglades, the Keys, Biscayne NP and close to Miami. The staff was friendly, the hotel quiet. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: A few things which were not so nice of course as well. No fresh towels in the evening in the gym, half of the lamps in our room had no bulbs in it, and a couple of sockets didn't work.

Liked: The room is spacious, with a pull-out couch and a portable cooktop, along with all the essentials for cooking. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The staff is friendly and allowed us to check in earlier.
Disliked: The room has a stale smell, and about 10 of the TV channels aren't working.

Liked: The property was very clean and beautiful.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t so welcoming barely said anything. The guy at the front desk really didn’t have much to say and one of the house keepers was very rude.
