This place sucks

Liked: For what we pay it was awful
Disliked: Pet friendly just means legal robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself. And rude desk receptionist.

Exceptional

My overall stay was amazing...

Liked: The room was very comfortable. Accommodations were easy to access. The kitchen area and dining room area were amazing. I loved the sink and available dishes. Mon son and I also enjoyed the comfortable queen beds. The front desk staff and the staff at breakfast were very accommodating as well.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Perhaps a couple of handles in the shower for those who may need the support. But otherwise, it was very comfortable.

Accidentally called 911

Liked: staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Room 318 the shower had very little pressure. There wasn't toilet paper holders. The towels had hair on them. The phone didn't have a directory on it, and we called 911 by mistake. Kids above us on the 4th floor were extremely active and loud. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered then the phone hung up. Front desk worker finally came to our room to ask if we were ok because of the 911 call. I told her it was an accident because the phone wasn't labeled.

Pleasant

Liked: pillows were comfortable and shower was great.
Disliked: the breakfast was mediocre at best.
