My room had more hair...

Liked: Bed was soft. Linens in bathroom were neat. Dishes were clean.
Disliked: There was hair on both beds sheets and in the shower that was noticeable off glance. If I didn't have my own sheets from staying at a friend's home the night before I probably would have been really upset. I was told I'd have points on my account that I didn't get so that's disappointing.
