Liked: All room features were in great shape - bed, TV, kitchenette, bathroom. Water pressure in shower was strong & bath towels were large & thick. Very quiet on the floor - no noises coming through the door to disturb. Pool & workout area were in good shape & clean.
Disliked: Breakfast items did not taste good & were not warm enough. I did not try the waffle mix, but suspect that might have been the best item offered. Coffee tasted good, but not hot enough. We did a grab & go breakfast taking an egg omelette, sausage & egg on English muffin, pre-packaged banana nut muffin & coffee. We did not finish the food choices due to poor taste & not warm enough. On the positive side, the breakfast nook & dining area looked very nice. Although we did not eat our breakfast there, we thought it had good quality materials & appliances, & furniture looked comfortable & clean.

Disliked: Seemed to be understaffed or poorly managed. Same staff doing everything from the desk to clean rooms and serving breakfast. Trash in the room we had was not emptied . The pool area was not cleaned they replaced a few towels, but the bin was full of dirty towels . The shower in the room had molded around the edges. We have stayed at Hiltons before and chose this because we have had a good experience before.

Liked: Pool an patio was amazing. Staff was amazing they did everything they could.
Disliked: When we arrived the front desk clerk couldn't check us in because her computer system was saying she had no rooms available. An 3 of us that had booked in advance was unable to get a room. They got it straighten around. Said we up graded. But it wasn't, the 5 of us went from a 2 queen beds an a pull out to a 1 king an a pull out. Asked for an extra pillow they didnt have any an only assigned 4 pillows per room. We made it work. Breakfast was horrible waffle iron was to hot. waffles kept sticking to it. The wrapped breakfast sandwiches was still frozen in the center. An they could not keep up with the demand of people coming in to get breakfast.

Excellent room with comfortable beds

Liked: The beds were so comfortable. The best I've had in a hotel. The breakfast was decent, but basic. The staff was so great and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast options are better at many other hotels, but they had waffles!
