A very dissatisfied customer who...
Liked: After I arrived I had to be moved because the room was dirty with hair follicle in the bathroom and the floor was not vacuumed and the countertop was with food particles. Went to second room and TV was not working it was needing to be replaced. The toilet in the bathroom was not secure. It wobbled from left to right. The flusher valve was not working properly. The pillows were distressed and missing king siz pillow cases. I had only theee pillows and I still was not comfortable.
Disliked: The entrance as I arrived was dirty and the FD kept on looking at her phone and not paying attention to her surroundings area. The FD attendant was not wearing a uniform and I really thought she looked shabby for a customer service representative.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. The hotel was so clean and quiet. Everything was top notch!
Disliked: We had a minor billing issue that was not the hotel's fault and was resolved to our satisfaction.
