Very disappointing and very upsetting

Liked: Easy access. Ample room in room. Clean. Quite
Disliked: The fact there was prior notice about the extra $100 hold on my card to incidentals. We were traveling/staying on a very tight strategic budget for this trip. With them taking $100 extra out, we had to extremely adjust our gas and food allowance. No I have to wait 3-7 days( per hotel staff) to get my $100 back… this puts a HUGE burden on me now back home for again food and gas until payday. I told staff member my opinion and she really did not care. Also told here there was no advance notice of this anywhere on booking.com’s listing of property. She said that the hotel has no control over what booking.com puts in info. I call cr$& on that… both parties hotel and booking.com needs to give the customer all the info needed prior to booking!!! If I had known there was such a huge hold on my card additionally, I would have NEVER booked. The economy is way to messed up and people are pinching every penny to just survive… $100 is like taking $100k out of mine and others lives. This “incedental” hold needs to be listed in policies IN BOLD PRINT!!!Also the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were not supportive at all… horrible comfort…. Both myself and my husband dis mot sleep well at all and had neck and back pain upon getting up in morning.We will NEVER return to Home2Suite and we will express our unhappiness with anyone who is traveling, not to book there.
