Liked: The rooms are awesome! And very clean. For a great price.
Disliked: The only downside was the pool was closed for servicing, and my kids were really, really bummed as that was going to be a huge part of our stay.

One Star – No Sleep,...

Liked: worse management
Disliked: Stayed in a room near the elevator and it was impossible to sleep with all the noise—constant elevator sounds and loud guests coming and going at all hours. First-floor rooms are even worse, right next to noisy hotel facilities. It felt like sleeping in the middle of a construction site. The staff were completely unprofessional and seemed clueless. Clearly a case of poor training and even worse management. Definitely not recommended.

Liked: My kids enjoyed the b fast very much. The wife and I did not make breakfast. Room was very nice especially 4 6 people. Sofa bed was comfortable liked having a pull shade for privacy and clean comfortable beds

Very very disappointing, and overcharged

Liked: Breakfast was average.
Disliked: You never booked a room for me. They had no reservation for me. The didn't provide a funeral discount, and I was actually overcharged $59.00. I demand this be reviewed. The funeral rate be applied, and the additional overcharges be refunded.

Disliked: My email said check out was at 12 but, it was 11. I didn't know that you had to request a cook top. That I had to pay a 75 dollar deposit for incidentals. I had to call home because I didn't have it left on my card.
