Excellent stay!!

Liked: It was clean close to everything we wanted to do. All the employees were so friendly and nice.
Disliked: The only thing was no hot tub.

A comfortable hotel with good...

Liked: Good beds, very comfortable. Light-blocking shades worked very well. Breakfast was very good. Really appreciated the airport shuttle service.
Disliked: One of two elevators was out of order the entire week's stay. $15/night parking fee is ridiculous for a hotel that is not downtown and the lot next door is empty all night.

Liked: Customer service. Nancy , Theresa and the lady that served the breakfast was very nice
Disliked: Queen size bed was small like a full size bed

The reason for me coming...

Liked: Staff was decent
Disliked: No hot tub ,Bed bugs in first room ,I didn’t like location of the second room I was moved to

Liked: The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The first room, my wife and I, was put in smelled really bad, but the gentleman at the front desk put us in a better room.
