Some bumps but generally smooth

Liked: beds comfy.
Disliked: Shampoo and cheap toilet paper. also our pull out couch when opened had chip crumbs in the mattress!

Liked: Spacious, clean rooms with kitchenette, very nice.
Disliked: Fridge was broken, took three days to exchange.Breakfast food was cold (omelette, sausage biscuit etc. ) maybe a microwave in breakfast area would be helpful.

Liked: I liked the fact that it is right next door to TGI Friday. I spent a lot of time there. They have a small exercise room that was nice and private. The pool looked nice even though I did not use it. Some of the staff are very friendly
Disliked: To use the Tv you have to hold the remote next to the box by the Tv or else it will not work. So if you are in bed you have to get up and stand next to the tv to turn it on. The was a chair in the room at the desk with both arms of the chair with torn leather. Had to request another chair which they did bring. The Tv would cut off after watching it for 30 minutes or so and then you have to get up and turn it back on. I had to turn the a/c off because it was freezing me. there was no way to get heat so I just left the system off for the rest of the time that I was there. The morning breakfast could use a lift.
