Convenient pleasant, welcoming, comfortable

Liked: Location near Drake diner. Efficient use of space. The security system on the elevator the curtain that separates the bed from the rest of the room for late night TV watching.Special mention for the two ladies serving breakfast: mindful of the inclement weather, they chose to come into the hotel at midnight so they would be available to serve breakfast in the morning. That is true dedication, and quality that should be reinforced and rewarded.
