Nice place, but too noisy...

Disliked: The lounge outside was right by my window. People were very loud, late at night.

Disliked: Our bed had stains and we asked for an change of bedding the front desk person said he would bring them up to our room and never did, we called and he said he would come and still didn’t. We went down to the lobby and he said he couldn’t find the bedding items and they were full to change rooms for us, Our room also did not have shampoo, the bottle was completely empty.

Brown Water Yuck

Liked: We usually know what to expect when we book and no surprises.We had a good stay except for the brown water in all areas where water was accessible.
Disliked: We were not happy about having brown water.

Nope.

Liked: I was really looking forward to the breakfast, the info and choices made it look marvelous. The fork couldn't cut through the eggs and cheese omelet, there was no one to ask about any other choices. Precooked combos in styrofoam bowls with plastic covers on a warming tray and a few omelets were the only hot choice. No bagels, only milk to drink.
Disliked: I had requested room away from noise as possible, when I checked in the were going to put us in a room next to the front desk, elevator, ice machine, pool, workout room and laundry on the first floor. When I requested a change I was given a lecture about how they didn't have a record of the request and I must have booked through booking.com and that they could have given me a better rate. Not what you want to hear when you have prepaid. I also received a lecture on the lack of cleaning for the room..." everyone" does it every other day. When I pointed out that they hadn't done it even "every other day" it was explained that they cleaned it every other OTHER day... with towels and the bed made only on the 4th day. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. Twice. I called down to have them check it, they mopped up the water and I was told, sometimes the freezer shuts off to save money. All and all, a lackluster visit.If you add in the fact that it is at the end of a runway and sometimes fighter pilots do touch and goes there ( my husband could actually see the pilots face) I would end by saying it was kind of a cluster fiesta.
