Liked: Ideal location, great room facilities, helpful staff, free coffee.
Disliked: They were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast running out of certain foods and cutlery.

Liked: Liked the decor and look of the hotel
Disliked: Insane fee incase of something breaking. When presented with the family credit card (not physically) was told they can’t enter a card manually unless the card holder was present or signed a form I asked the form to be emailed and was told they wont email it to me even though I’m a authorized user of the card. Customer service was 0 help and had a huge ego problem basically refusing to help or seek other options.

Liked: Maid staff was great
Disliked: Wanted three room on same floor and it was reserved three months before. But they couldn't do anything for me. But she wanted me to be a member so I can get room on same floor. She didn't have a name tag.

Disliked: Homeless people were standing in the entrance. Only complaint
