Hotel staff was amazing and...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The two rooms we stayed in were obviously not completely clean, first room we stayed in there was hair on the floors and the carpet was sticky. Second bedroom we stayed literally right next door the bathroom was not completely clean and there was hair on the shampoo etc in the shower. The glasses also in one room you could tell were super dusty/dirty.

Enjoyed

Liked: Location is great for visiting our family. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service.
Disliked: The hard water is taking its toll, dishwasher needs to be descaled. Dishes had very bad buildup. I spent the first evening scrubbing them all clean.
