Superb

Being a Hilton, I expected...

Liked: The bed was comfy, the climate temperature setting in the room was easy to adjust and warm or cool up to your liking.
Disliked: Not much water pressure in the shower, there was little dirt here and there, it could have been better, the dishes and utensils were in the dishwasher and appeared to have been kept in there every time and never put away because there was soap powder completely covering most of the dishes, that was upsetting. Then there was the pool, the pool was said to be HEATED but it wasn't, it was definitely cold but we went swimming despite, I mean that was my biggest reason to stay here and totally let down. Then there was breakfast, very nice sort of, a lot of issues here as well, but mostly they were just trying to keep up, the waffle dispenser didn't work, it had to be scooped out, the bacon was thin.

Disliked: I had an issue with my first room due to mold but that was quickly resolved . My main issue was with the receptionist during my check in . He was not very welcoming and borderline judgmental and unprofessional.
