If ever I travel to Dallas again, I will stay here again. The room was clean; the amenities were good. Did not get an opportunity to try breakfast, but it was offered. When I needed anything, the request was acknowledged without any attitudes or resistance. Very polite and helpful, the two gentlemen at the desk. Walking distance to The Stackhouse restaurant which was great. Parking was safe. Lots of cameras.

Disliked: Room temp seemed to become warmer during the night. Then after 7-7:30 am, became cooler again.

Overall a nice hotel which...

Liked: Close to family we were visiting.
Disliked: Because of the direction we were driving upon arrival, we passed up the hotel due to poor signage. The tall garage blocks the view of the actual hotel. We were not a fan of having to use the garage, (which seemed safest being downtown) using an elevator and crossing outside to access the hotel entrance while lugging our belongings.
