Liked: The location was close to our destination.
Disliked: At checkin the staff was on her phone with a personal phone call the entire time with minimal assistance to us. She couldn’t find where we had booked initially, then when I asked did they get my written message to be on the first floor she stated, “to be honest, the lady doesn’t read those messages.” We had to wait for a room to be cleaned/checked by housekeeping. The rolling blinds wouldn’t close and the same front desk staff came to the room on her still on her phone and looked at them and said she would let housekeeping know, but we never heard back. After about 2 hours I went back to the desk to ask if they were coming to look at it and she then notified them and they came and remedied it. The lady over housekeeping was non English speaking and couldn’t communicate with us but talked to herself the entire time while working on the blinds. Stay away from this place! It’s a joke. Management should close it down!!

Disliked: Whatever you do don't get room 329. There was a sewer smell that would not go away. We plugged all of the drains and kept bathroom closed. It gave me a headache. Staff sprayed something but it did not last. It was horrible. The couch looked so dirty and there was bodily or animal fluid on it. Lastly, the shower had the shave step that was actually broken so I slipped in the shower. Spa was closed and that sucked. Lastly, cleaning staff clearly didn't clean but took towels and soap but did not give us a new bath mat or soap. It was awful.

Disliked: Internet didn't work, key didn't open the door after several tries, the breakfast selection was terrible. For $215 it was definitely not worth it. Should've stayed somewhere, where the cost matched the hotel
