Disliked: I had trouble with the TV freezing on a couple of stations.

Nice hotel but we encounter...

Liked: Conveniently located near shops, and restaurants. Updated property and spacious.
Disliked: We encountered a few issues:1. Toiletries - someone had used the hand soap bar and placed it back in its box. When I opened it to use, there was body hair stuck on it and clearly had been used. Not necessarily the property’s fault but gross nonetheless 2. Previous guest must have smoked in the bathroom and it was evident. We have asthma sensitivity, however since the hotel was full they were not able to move us. This was unacceptable. 3. My daughter was only able to swim in chlorinated water due to an injury. We asked the front desk staff about this and they confirmed it was chlorinated. However, later we noticed a sign in the elevator that stated it was a saline based pool. This potentially could cause issues with her recovery and again was unacceptable. The hotel itself was nice and updated. Specious rooms and nice lobby areas to meet up with other family members. Location was convenient and staff was friendly. Breakfast has a good assortment.
