Roach infested
Liked: The man working was awesome and came to my room with bug spray trying to kill the roaches. He also called around and got us booked into another nearby hotel.
Disliked: I will delete the review when I receive the certificate for one night stay for free I was promised over two months ago. We got in our room around 7/8pm and stayed on the top floor. Our room was infested with baby roaches crawling all over the walls and floor. We had to move hotels at 11pm on one of the coldest nights to a hotel that wasn’t as nice. I was refunded for the difference in price but was promised a certificate for a free one night stay for our troubles promised by the hotel manager Adrian.
