Excellent stay and comfort was...
Liked: The property is exceptional and the staff is excellent.
Disliked: This is not reflective towards the property. This was all on booking.comI had booked the wrong date by accident and I submitted a date change through booking.com I am aware that the property generally responds within a 24 hour window and that would have been fine except the property never received notice of any change from booking.com. I made the reservation on Tuesday morning and changed early afternoon. I hadn’t heard anything back from the property so I called them directly and the gentleman I spoke with did an excellent job making the correction and we had a place to stay. Booking.Com still has me listed as stayed on the wrong date. I originally scheduled for Saturday the 8th and check out on Sunday the 9th of February. Please take better care of your customers and pay more attention to detail. Home2 Suites Polaris did an awesome job.

Liked: The room was cold, waited for over an hour, 61F, heater doesn’t work, I had to go to the front desk, packed all my stuff, they switched to another room, waited and waited the room to heat up, same problem, the whole night was 62F, it was 12 clock at night already, I gave up, I had to use the towel to cover myself to go through the night! Trying to talk to the front desk in the morning, both workers were too busy to talk to each other, I literally standing in front of them listening to them talking to each other for 5 mins, what kind of service this is? Anyone who come to you looking at you, you would immediately stop talking and asking questions back to the person, explain to them the situation, they tell me the manager is not here, can’t help, second day I called, the front desk told me the same, manager is not here!
