Liked: Room was comfy and clean!
Disliked: They didn't come to clean the room,give us clean towels or even tp..thought that was odd. We never used the "Do not disturb sign" either!

Not what we expected I...

Disliked: Breakfast claimed they had over 400 items but in reality it was really just premade omelets and waffles along with some miscellaneous other items.

Disliked: Pull out sofa mattress sheets and cover had food, stains AND YELLOW PEE stains all over them. Then "manager" accused me of lying about it even though the night front desk person came up and brought new stuff and told me to talk to the manager in the morning.

Overall, it was a good...

Liked: Breakfast and daytime staff were very kind and courteous. Room was a great size and we were able to get extra blankets for my the couch.
Disliked: While the Lobby area for breakfast was great, the late evening time period 10-11pm while my wife and I wanted time away from the sleeping children it was too loud to have a converation or play a game. TV was too loud as clerk was watching TV from the desk. We ended up going back to the room for quiet, but before we were ready for bed. The room had USB charging ports but they did not work.
