I book home two suites...
Disliked: Communication on what room I was giving wasn’t explained and confirmed correctly. We were told multiple things at checkin and had to settle for purchasing another room and spending more money. And the water was cold our ENTIRE stay!

I will not be back.
Liked: It was close to Soda City.
Disliked: We had to pay $13 dollars a day to self park and there were no parking places. We had to go to an overflow that was across the street. sketchy area. Entrance doors were opened to the public even late night. There was a lot of police activity all through the night. totop it off, there was no hot water and the hallways smelled of urine.

Family Stay Sufficient but Not...
Liked: It was located in the center of the state, ease of location in getting there during our time of evacuation. It had plenty of space in our room for our large family, an indoor pool for the kids to be occupied and stress free, free Wi-Fi and friendly supportive staff members.
Disliked: There was a parking charge. Our family has two vehicles since we have 5 children (twin newborns) and were displaced by the hurricane. The hotel charged us $13 a night for one additional car tag for my husbands vehicle since he had to work daily (national guardsman) during our stay. I thought this was very unnecessary since he is a public serviceman and emergency worker during this federal and state emergency. He also had to park in overflow parking across the street his entire stay. I also didn’t care for there being trash in our room when we checked in that hadn’t been taken out left under the sink and the garbage disposal did not work along with the dishwasher in our room. Also, to mention food choices for breakfast were very limited. I had to go and get food from outside sources since the “free” breakfast was primarily just eggs and cereal. The waffle machine was broke, there was no meat option, no bread for toast, no yogurts or fruit available, etc. At $180/night and promises of free breakfast you would expect a selection and it to be atleast something grab and go. The breakfast options at 7am were very dissappointing.
