Disliked: No stove. I lived there in December 2023In a very different suite. We requested a walk-in shower and the room had one. The refrigerator was so loud. The first night I didn’t know how to lower the shade. I called front desk for help but the guy didn’t know how to lower shade after coming to the room. I was so uncomfortable but the front desk advised no other room available.

Disliked: Not our usual experience with Home 2 Suites- The hotel hallway smells- like a mixture of someone cooking food along with a mixture of wet dog/ animal- The floor in our room had numerous stains, and the carpet was old/ flat/ felt gummy when walking-ROACHES- in the bathroom- I'm sure other areas but saw several in the bathroom. The location- close to the college but also across the street from a bar that we could hear the music late into the night/ early morning.
