Liked: Room was quiet.Breakfast was fine, good and hot, attendant friendly and working hard.
Disliked: No tea bags in room (with full kitchen); only coffee. One coffee mug was not particularly clean.Went downstairs to get tea. "Hot water" was not hot at all. Desk clerk somewhat indifferent.Room has a lot of ambient light; needed eyeshade!

Excellent experience.

Liked: Clean, modern, well maintained. Everything is in good condition and works well. It’s worth the extra $ to stay here.

Liked: Front desk staff when we checked in was exceptional. Room amazing, clean hotel, and prompt service. We would have to rate it as the top of hotels we have ever stayed at.
Disliked: The only thing that was not exceptional was the breakfast. It was not kept stocked. Couldn’t get the things we wanted and bacon was under cooked.

Disliked: The alarm went off in the middle of the night twice during our stay waking everyone up in the middle of the night. The booking online app made me buy two rooms with my family of 5 which (my youngest is 6) was over 2000.00. For this price to beWoken in the night and not have housekeeping because they are understaffed is not cool. Then my kid jumped up and snacked a sign and broke it. I went right up and told them. They charged me 120.00 for it but didn't bother to discount for this expensive and exhausting stay.
