Room is great, but services...

Liked: Size of the room is great and very well arranged.We loved everything related to the room itself.
Disliked: We were staying for three nights and NO cleaning and changing of the towels.When we complained we were told that we had no disturbed sign on our door.Yes, this is correct, BUT exactly at 12:15PM sign was removed and we left the room for the remainder of the day.Room had not been cleaned, so on the third day we were without any cleat towels, tissues, and our trash cans were overloaded. Also, breakfast was not good at all.

Liked: The location was good , was close to family. Breakfast was good better than just some cereal and toast. Room size was a nice size and had enough amenities for us.
Disliked: The pool water could have been a little warmer. Also it snowed while we were there and their walkways and parking lot could have been plowed /shoveled better. It was pretty slick and had to be extra careful not to fall.

Liked: The guy at night when we checked -in was very helpful and polite, and the room was very nice and clean overall. The hotel was clean, the parking was good,
Disliked: You guys pillows are very uncomfortable ,and they are too flat to sleep sleep on. You need a total of 4 pillows to get comfortable, which wasn't available in the room... I also didn't like it when I asked the front desk person in the morning if she could put the television on the news she put it on what she wanted to see so she never accommodated me with that request because I was the only in the lobby at that time for breakfast so I thought that was very unprofessional of her not to accommodatethe guest .The exercise room had no televisions that didn't work. The pool could have been a little cleaner with bleach, not salt water looking... Some of the rooms should have tubs for the little ones like kids and not a shower at their age...

Disliked: I got charged a smoking fee and didn’t smoke in the room. Everything was excellent but a fee. Me and my 11 year old stayed in the room. Confused about the fee
