Liked: I paid with booking.com a staff member named CC charged me for a night. Instead of just charging tax and pet fees. CC then told several guests I my personal business. I only received $50 back from CC's error.
Disliked: The staff member named CC.

Room is great, but services...

Liked: Size of the room is great and very well arranged.We loved everything related to the room itself.
Disliked: We were staying for three nights and NO cleaning and changing of the towels.When we complained we were told that we had no disturbed sign on our door.Yes, this is correct, BUT exactly at 12:15PM sign was removed and we left the room for the remainder of the day.Room had not been cleaned, so on the third day we were without any cleat towels, tissues, and our trash cans were overloaded. Also, breakfast was not good at all.
