Liked: The staff were all very helpful and kind. The location for what we were in town for was perfect.
Disliked: The bed pillows were awful and the room could have been cleaner. Most of our towels had hair on them.

Disliked: Parking behind the hotel would have been better if the side entrances would open with card keys instead of needing to walk completely around building in the rain

Disliked: I booked a king suite and the bed I received was a queen, The pull out bed was uncomfortable, the blow dryer did not work, I couldn't get the TV to connect to wifi so I could use my firestick, the volume on the TV wasn't working correctly, the breakfast wasn't good.
