Staff could of listened better...

Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: Didn't like that bothe rooms on either side were making noise..kids running up& down halls...one room knocked on wall all the way down that shared with me..I said away from elevators..still noise

Everything was spot on!

Liked: Rosa was an excellent breakfast host! She was so pleasant every morning. Front desk personnel were exceptional. Melanie set me up with my room exchange and joining Hilton. Staff excellent 100%!!! From the front desk, food and housekeeping SPOT ON!!

The full size bed in...

Liked: Breakfast was good and location was good.
Disliked: I was in an adjoining room and on the second night people next-door were tampering with the door. When I checked out, I informed the receptionist that I ordered a room with a queen size bed, she told me that she had heard complaints about the size of the beds but all their beds are queen size. I own a queen and a full size bed. The bed in my room was a full size bed. She let me know that she also owns a queen size bed.
