clean and comfortable

Liked: Very clean, fairly spacious and well equipped with basic thigs in the bathroom and the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was good, with busses and subway in a walking distance.
Disliked: The only thing that I did like about the facility was the coffee maker, the drip staff, terrible coffee to my taste. The same drip coffee for breakfast.But the most troublesome part was that the Hotel did not want to issue me an Invoice although I sent the request via the Booking.com, saying that b/c I had paid via Booking.com, it is their responsibility. After claims and requests via Booking.com, the Hotel finally issued me an Invoice but only for my private address, not the one I requested. Very troublesome. This is the main reason I lowered my evaluation.
