Liked: Very clean, good location, suite was lovely and we loved the beds. I have family in Cheyenne, so I will definitely be staying there again!

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Everyone is very friendly,the hotel was very clean no matter where you were. Nice and stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was great,something for everyone.
Disliked: Coffee was like mud , sorry to say but I don’t think no one ever checks to see if it tastes good or not. That has to be my biggest complaint with most hotels. Either they are not cleaning their coffee machines and hot pots enough or they’re mixing the wrong amount of coffee grounds. Please take the time to address your coffee situation it will make a big difference. The only other problem would be is the beds are way to hard . I like a firm mattress but it needs a little more cush. We tossed and turned all night. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.
