Liked: This hotel is convenient for what we needed. We were able to park for the weekend and walk everywhere. Room was nice and clean. The biggest issue we had was lack of staff available. It was a very busy weekend and you would think they would staff accordingly but they didn't. I went down to the desk around 8pm for something only to find 5 other people standing waiting for someone to come to the desk. Overall tho, it was a good stay

Disliked: The parking, having to get a validation every time we left out. Should have a key card like the room key instead of havIng to stand on line and wait to get a validation.

Liked: Proximity to downtown locations. There’s also a CVS and Whole Foods within walking distance.
Disliked: Parking deck is next door which makes getting multiple pieces of luggage to your room inconvenient. The elevator was out of service for 1 trip.
