Good Location to University and...

Liked: Location was perfect for seeing a concert at PNC arena or visiting UNC Charlotte.
Disliked: Bathroom super small and very low shower pressure. Shower only had shampoo, no conditioner. Breakfast had bread, etc wrapped in heavy amounts of plastic which I hated seeing for the environment. It seemed incredibly wasteful especially since they advertised as been more eco friendly in the actual room.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The waffles were a great addition to breakfast. I enjoyed the variety of food choices. Beds were comfortable and amenities very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in.
Disliked: Staff was rude and dismissive when ask a question during breakfast .

Disliked: Pillows are too thin. I woke up with a headache and neck pain. Beds are uncomfortable.
