Liked: Booking made 1 month ago, paid in full. Notified by hotel late evening that they were full. Had notified hotel of our late arrival but hotel decided to sell our room. Hotel made no effort to book us elsewhere. Unacceptable!

Stayed in the past but...

Liked: The breakfast was just average. Hot food was bad. one type fresh fruit. it was so much better in the past.
Disliked: Clean the rooms more and BETTER. Bad housekeeping

Very relaxing and peaceful and...

Liked: I loved the contactless option and the digital key made things really convenient. The room was bigger than what I’d expected. Great location.
