OK for a quick snooze...

Liked: Close to the airport, so we could grab a quick few hours of sleep during a long layover and jet lag. Feels like you are completely on your own once you walk in the door, figure it all out, a little weird if its your first time staying at a place like this. Beds were comfortable, pizza like things we bought from automated shop in lobby were good enough to make us not Hungry...
Disliked: Just felt not very welcoming....but that may be more of expectation versus reality. Just expected more. Lots of people yelling and cheering for some game in different rooms, self service everything yourself...not much options unless you uber or taxi out of there.

Ok except for tv issue....

Disliked: TV in our room did not work. Had to switch to another room after waiting for awhile for someone to come fix it

Disliked: We had no issues with our brief stay at this hotel.

Liked: Property was near the airport. The property is very clean, and the staff was extremely kind. Breakfast was an excellent plus! I would highly recommend this location.
Disliked: Wish there was an option for dinner other than the small self serve prepackaged food.

Excellent location and features

Liked: This property is located within a mile of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, so the location was perfect. There is a 24-hour shuttle to the airport from the property, which is a huge benefit. The hotel room was very comfortable, with a large flat screen, large roomy bathroom, a kitchen table, and kitchen area with sink and refrigerator. The room got very dark at night and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Disliked: There is a laundry room on the first floor, but it requires quarters and there was no machine to exchange bills for quarters, so I could not utilize this feature.
