Liked: The staff was great. I was a little over tired and felt like I asked for more assistance than should have been expected, like operating the elevator. I had an unexpected night in Charlotte due to airline traffic, so I had a very short stay, it was a bit more than I wanted to pay for a 6 hour stay, but overall it was worth it. I enjoyed my shrimp & grits at the restaurant for sure. The staff was diligent and responsive. The security staff was personable, and it appeared that all of the staff enjoyed each others company and worked well together, which created a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and will not hesitate to stay here again.
